I'm the resident espresso aficionado here at DA and I thought I knew all about the coffee world. That is, until I saw this amazing video by an unknown barista doodling art on a latte. I didn't even know the form existed until today, but as usual, Wikipedia got the best of me with a whole entry dedicated to the art form.

The use of coffee stencils is one thing, but manipulating milk froth on a freshly brewed latte is another thing altogether.
